Mona N. Ramani, DPM, AACFAS, is a board-qualified foot and ankle surgeon at AIRE Podiatry Studio on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City. Dr. Ramani has been practicing podiatric surgery in the greater Manhattan area for more than seven years.

Dr. Ramani completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland, and her master’s degree at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

After completing her education, Dr. Ramani continued her training at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center (now Englewood Health) in Englewood, New Jersey. She completed her forefoot and rearfoot surgery certified residency training there, serving as chief resident.

She’s board-qualified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS). Dr. Ramani is certified in Tenex™ treatment for tendinopathy, a European-trained nail reconstruction specialist, and a functional foot mapping and lower extremity biomechanics gait analysis expert.

Dr. Ramani is also trained in arthroscopic surgery for the foot and ankle.

As an avid skier and former gymnast, Dr. Ramani’s passion lies in rehabilitating sports injuries in the foot and ankle. She combines her biomechanical and surgical knowledge to provide treatments that get her patients back to their busy lives as quickly as possible.
