Dr. Farah Naz, DPM, is a dynamic foot and ankle surgeon and specialist at AIRE Podiatry Studio, located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
An avid runner and hiker, Dr. Naz integrates her passion for sports into her practice, specializing in the rehabilitation of foot and ankle injuries. Being an athlete herself, she understands the unique needs of rehabbing a sports injury. She is dedicated to developing personalized treatment plans that align with her patients’ goals and lifestyles, combining her biomechanical and surgical expertise with a deep sense of compassion to deliver exceptional, individualized care
Dr. Naz holds a Bachelor’s degree from Stony Brook University and a Master’s degree from Lincoln Memorial University. She further advanced her education by earning her Doctorate from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Naz completed her residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and North Shore University Hospital, where she received comprehensive training in trauma care, arthroscopic surgery for ankle injuries, and minimally invasive techniques for various conditions, including plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, bunions, and hammertoes. Her residency also included extensive experience in reconstructive surgery of the forefoot and rearfoot, as well as pediatric biomechanics and sports medicine.
